Senior Support Programs

Service Description

We have senior support workers available to assist seniors with letter reading, interpreting, and completing forms. We maintain a list of individuals to call on a scheduled basis to determine their safety and well-being. We provide current information on services needed and link them to the appropriate resources. We assist eligible individuals with documentation, completion of submission on LIEAP, SNAP, and Medicaid applications. We assist in the completion of the Senior Tax Credit form in a confidential manner. We assist with dispersing farmers market coupons during the designated time frame from the Department of Agriculture.
